HAPPY (Holier Association of Polite & Progressive Youth) Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2057 B.S. in Damak, Jhapa by a group of energetic youths, registered to Government of Nepal with a mission to combat drug addiction, underprivileged children, HIV & AIDS and other Blood bone infections by means of non discriminate, creative service oriented facilities.
Today Happy Nepal is at the forefront treatment institution and training facilities in eastern region of Nepal for chemical dependency and related issues as well as working with HIV infected clients and affected family members. We offer a broad spectrum of services to the community and facilitate and work with the police, educational institutions and other academic institution that are involved in humanitarian services. Our work involves interaction with industry leaders in term of occupational heath care program, which is comprehensive and is addressed in confidentially. Also community based coalitions are developed. The organization currently promotes comprehensive service such as Harm Reduction, Counseling, Drug Treatment, Aftercare Program for drug users.

Our Goal:
To reintegrate and empower the people dependent on drug and people living with HIV & AIDS, enabling them to cope with difficult circumstances in life.
Since its existence organization had operated and conducted assorted community based programs and other activities reading to drug, HIV & AIDS and Children with its to initiatives.
